(...) the story of the new PM 1 tissue machine installation at PT Graha Cemerlang Paper Utama (Grace Paper) is a colourful and warm-heated tale. You can see it on the faces of Grace Paper’s employees and those of supplier, PMP Group (…): this was a job which meant a great deal to all involved (…). From start to finish, the project was characterized by a strong spirit of mutual respect and a desire to see a job well done (…). PMP supplied the entire machine from approach flow to shaft puller, including auxiliary systems dust control, lubrication, steam and condensate and vacuum (…) There was much celebration when PM 1 produced her first reel.
